do I need an appointment.
Yes! Our gowns don’t hang around for long, and neither should you, so grab your appointment quick! You can book your appointment online for easiness.

There is a one-off fee of £10 per appointment, redeemable when you buy your dress, otherwise non-refundable.
what should I expect.
A fun, fast paced experience with a goal of finding your discounted dress before anyone else does!
Come prepared with an idea of what you like and our outlet expert will quickly narrow down to find you the one.
You can also add veils, underskirts and bridesmaids on to your purchase. And no need to worry about storage as we have dress hangers, bags and boxes available to purchase, so you can easily transport and store your beautiful dress.
who should I bring?
Finding your dream dress is a once in a lifetime moment! We want you to bring the people along, whose opinion you trust and need before committing to your dress.
Remember all of our dresses are buy off-the-peg, so both you and your guests need to be on board with taking your gown home on the day – so please brief them! There is a very real chance the dress will be sold to another bride if you do not take it home with you.
let's talk underwear.
It helps to wear a strapless bra in a nude or ivory, but we also won’t get offended if you want to take off your bra during your appointment to get a better idea of how your dress will look. If you would like to wear spanx or shaping underwear, then please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
dress sizes.
Our dresses typically range from 6-26, and are priced at £699 and under.
Normally when shopping for bridal gowns you will try on gowns 1-2 sizes bigger than you would normally buy on the high street.
The majority of our One Of A Kind dresses are standard bridal length, so would be suitable for a bride 5′ 7″ or under.
children.
We can accommodate children 6 years old and above in-store. They will count as one of your guest numbers.
From our experience, children younger than this can be distracting if they are having a bad day, but there are also lots of pins, mirrors and delicate things around that might harm them, as well as other appointments that we have to be mindful of.
payment.
As you are buying a gown that will be taken home on the day of your appointment, this must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Please be aware that we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges and that all sales are therefore final.
